Our Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Payment

    1. All green fees, including member guest fees, must be paid in full at the time of booking. 
    2. Payment secures your booking; if full payment is not received, your booking may be released without notice. 

  • Cancellation & Amendments

    1. 48+ Hours Before Booking

    1.1 Full Cancellation – Cancellation can be made online.
    1.2 Partial Cancellation (one or more players) – Cancellation can be made online.
    1.3 Amendments – Please cancel your booking and re-book your preferred tee time. The cancellation will automatically be refunded. 

    2. 48–24 Hours Before Booking

    2.1 Full Cancellation – No refund; full payment forfeited.
    2.2 Partial Cancellation (one or more players) – Payment for cancelled players forfeited, or credit offered for an alternative date at the club’s discretion.
    2.3 Amendments – Call to confirm new rates; initial payment can be applied towards the new booking. 

    3. Less Than 24 Hours Before Booking

    3.1 Full Cancellation – No refund; full payment forfeited.
    3.2 Partial Cancellation (one or more players) – No refund; full payment forfeited for cancelled players.
    3.3 Amendments – No refund; full payment forfeited. 

  • Pairing

    1. To ensure the best pace of play and maximise availability, tee times are generally filled as 4-ball groups. 
    2. If your booking is for fewer than four players, you may be paired with others. 
    3. To guarantee a private tee time, you must book and pay for all four slots. 

  • Society & Group Golf

    1. Definition

    1.1 A society is defined as a booking of nine (9) or more players.

    2. Deposits

    2.1 A deposit of £100 is required to secure all society bookings.
    2.2 If a shotgun start is required, the deposit is £500.

    3. Final Payment & Numbers

    3.1 Full pre-payment and confirmation of final numbers must be received no later than seven (7) days prior to the date of play.
    3.2 Group size may reduce by up to 10% without penalty.
    3.3 Any reduction in numbers beyond 10% will incur a £10 per person charge for each cancelled place.
    3.4 Failure to provide full pre-payment within the required time frame may result in loss of tee times and/or food allocation.

    4. Cancellations & Amendments

    4.1 Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the date of play are not eligible for a refund.
    4.2 At the venue’s discretion, bookings within this period may be moved to an alternative date, but this cannot be guaranteed.

    5. Catering & Dietary Requirements

    5.1 All food intolerances and dietary requirements must be provided at the time of final payment or no later than seven (7) days before the date of play.
    5.2 The venue cannot guarantee accommodation of dietary requirements notified after this deadline. 

  • Buggy Hire

    1. Eligibility & Agreement
    1.1 All buggy users must complete and sign a buggy hire agreement form before use.
    1.2 The hirer may be asked to present a valid driving licence.
    1.3 The hirer accepts responsibility for safe and correct use of the buggy.

    2. Liability
    2.1 The club accepts no liability for injury or damage to passengers or third parties while the buggy is in the hirer’s control.
    2.2 The hirer is liable for any damage to the buggy, the course, property, or injury to others caused by negligent or improper operation. Costs will be charged as per the hire agreement.

    3. Use Restrictions
    3.1 Buggies must only be used in designated areas of the golf course.
    3.2 Buggies are limited to two persons and two golf bags.
    3.3 On completion of hire, the buggy must be returned immediately to the designated collection point, with the key handed in.

    4. Incident Reporting
    4.1 All damage or incidents must be reported to club staff immediately.
    4.2 The club reserves the right to withdraw buggy use if the hirer operates it unsafely or without competence. No refunds will be given in this case.
